PLANT CARE HELP

DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

Please be sure to retrieve your plant within 30 minutes from delivery. If left outside for too long this can cause damage to your plant.

If you open your package and your plant is damaged, please be sure to take multiple photos of all the damage Immediately.

We will only accept photos of damaged products submitted on the day of delivery
